Order Processing
We thoughtfully pack each order with care. Please allow 1–2 business days for our team to prepare and ship your items. During busier times—like sales, holidays, or new launches—processing may take up to 4 business days.
Once an order is placed, we’re unable to guarantee changes, cancellations, or address updates. Orders placed after 1PM (ET) on Fridays will begin processing the following Monday.
Split Shipments
To ensure you receive your order as efficiently as possible, items may ship from different warehouse locations. If your order ships in multiple packages, you’ll receive tracking details for each shipment as soon as they’re on their way.
Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines are displayed at checkout and refer only to transit time—they do not include order processing time. All shipping estimates are provided in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) and may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

Shipping Limitations
At this time, we do not ship to U.S. territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, and American Samoa.
